All products sold by The Simple Peps are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree to this restriction.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Prices may change without notice, but any price change will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 12PM PST on business days ship same day. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Simple Peps shall not be liable for any damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
